Folate deficiency occurs when the body is devoid of folate. Symptoms include fatigue, weakness, mouth sores and neurological issues.
B6 and B12 are part of water soluble vitamins essential for the body. B6 helps regulate hormones and B12 helps in preventing neurological diseases and nerve damage.
Both are equally bad. The symptoms of folic acid deficiency are lethargy, breathelessness, fatigue and headaches. Get a test done to know if you have anemia.
Folic acid deficiency is caused if you take too much alcohol or you are not eating nutricious meals.
It depends whether you are having specifically B12 deficiency or any other disease. If you are having B12 deficiency then you are recommended to take B12.
