Your LDL cholesterol level is 190 mg/dL or higher. You are 40-75 years old having a risk of cardiovascular diseases.
If you have risk factors for heart disease, you should not consume more than 200 milligrams of cholesterol a day. 300miligrams at the max if you are a healthy individual.
Avoid saturated fats if you have high cholesterol.
No eating coconut does not increase cholesterol. However, coconut oil has been associated with saturated fats which can elevate cholesterol levels.
If one has high triglycerides then that person is susceptible to heart diseases.
