Which is more harmful, VLDL or LDL?
VLDL is more harmful althought it has more triglycerides.

Very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) is not good for the heart. HDL is considered 'good' cholesterol as it helps move bad cholesterol from other parts of your body to your liver for removal.
One can lower elevated LDL by exercising regularly and eating heart heathy foods such as oats and legumes. In addition, one can also try and quit smoking and drink alcohol in moderation.
The best VLDL should be less than 30mg/dl anything less than this can put you at a risk of heart diseases.
The optimal level of total cholesterol in adults is less than 200 mg/dl. Long-term exposure to environmental tobacco smoke has been shown to increase a person's risk for cardiovascular disease.
