I'm facing a really painful issue. Every time I have sex or my partner gives me oral, my foreskin tears, and it's really hurting a lot. It's especially painful if I try to have sex within the next day or two after it happens. It usually takes around 23 days for it to heal completely. What can I do about this, and is there a way to prevent it from happening in the first place?

Skin darkening and pimples due to heat can be challenging. Switch to broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 50 or higher) with PA++++ 2. Apply sunscreen 15-30 minutes before stepping out 3. Use a moisturizer with Niacinamide, Vitamin C, or Licorice extract 4. Exfoliate weekly with alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs) 5. Try skin brightening creams or serums (e.g., Cysteamine, Kojic acid) *Internal:* 1. Stay hydrated (drink 8-10 glasses of waterday) 2. Eat antioxidant-rich foods (berries, leafy greens, nuts) 3. Include Vitamin C-rich foods (citrus fruits, bell peppers) 4. Consider supplements (Vitamin C, E, Omega-3 fatty acids) 5. Manage stress (yoga, meditation) Wear light, breathable clothing 2. Avoid spicy or oily foods 3. Stay indoors during peak sun hours (10am-4pm) 4. Use an umbrella or sun hat when outdoors 5. Consult a dermatologist for personalized advice *Recommended products:* 1. Sunscreen: Neutrogena Sheer Zinc Dry-Touch Sunscreen (SPF 50) 2. Moisturizer: Niacinamide-based creams (e.g., Olay Regenerist) 3. Skin brightening: Cysteamine-based creams or serums 4. I have category 1 phimosis where my foreskin retracts fully when flaccid but only goes halfway down the head when erect. It feels tight if I try to pull it further back. I don't think surgery is necessary can you recommend any steroid creams or medicines to help loosen and increase flexibility in the foreskin?
For category 1 phimosis, where the foreskin retracts fully when flaccid but not when erect, steroid creams can be a helpful treatment option to increase foreskin flexibility. Specifically, topical corticosteroids like hydrocortisone or stronger creams like clobetasol (Dermovate) can be applied to help reduce inflammation and loosen the foreskin. Gentle foreskin stretching exercises, after applying the cream, can also be beneficial
