I'm feeling like there's sperm stuck in my penis and it sometimes happens with urine. My penis is flaccid when this occurs. After I pee, there's a burning sensation too. I'm really worried about this, can you tell me what's going on?

The symptoms you're describingfeeling of sperm stuck, burning sensation after urination, and discomfort in the flaccid statecould indicate a possible urinary tract infection (UTI), prostatitis, or inflammation of the urethra. It's important to consult a healthcare provider for a proper evaluation, including urine tests and potentially further examination, to determine the exact cause and receive appropriate treatment.

I have type 2 partial retraction where I can pull the foreskin back a bit but it won't go past the head of my penis and I also have a tight frenulum is there any way to fix this without getting circumcision

Topical steroid creams and frenulum-stretching techniques may help. Circumcision is only needed if it interferes with function or causes tears.

I have a 6mm stone in my left upper ureter with mild hydronephrosis do I need surgery right away or is there a chance it could pass on its own with urine? What would you recommend?

A 6mm kidney stone in the ureter with mild hydronephrosis can sometimes pass on its own, but it's also possible it will require intervention. While some 6mm stones pass, a 6mm stone might be more likely to get stuck, causing pain and potentially requiring medical assistance. Hydronephrosis, the swelling of the kidney due to fluid buildup, can also be a reason to seek treatment
