My blood tests were negative for typhoid, malaria, and Widal test, but my ESR is elevated at 59 (normal range 0 to 20). I am currently taking Almont Alcare, Curin M, Oceft CF 500, and a cough syrup. Despite the medications, my fever continues to fluctuate between 100 to 102F. Please suggest what could be causing this and what should be done next.

RA factor: 4.8
