Vaginal discharge or leukorrhea occurs through the menstrual cycle and is usually white before & after the period. Discharge may start out as thin liquid before the time of ovulation. During ovulation, the discharge thickens and becomes mucus like. After ovulation, i.e., in second half of the cycle, discharge increases usually.

My right ovary has a 7.5 cm endometriosis chocolate cyst and a 1 cm uterine fibroid. Is there any way to treat the hemorrhagic cyst without laparoscopic surgery? I've heard about GnRH agonist drugs to shrink endometriosis before surgery. My periods are regular, and I don't have pain except for frequent urination. I really want to conceive soon what are my options?
