If next cycle starts from 28 +/- 7 days from the first date of last menstrual cycle then it is considered a normal cycle. A delay of 10 days is not normal and may need evaluation.

Yes, if sexual intercourse occurs during ovulation time then you can get pregnant. Ovulation time is from day 12 to day 17 (first day of period counted as day 1) usually in women with regular periods. In women with iregular periods, ovulation can happen anytime, thereby not knowing the time to do sexual intercourse.
Progesterones can be taken in few doses to induce periods but keep in mind that it is hormone pill with few side effects. So, it is better to not self medicate and consult with a doctor for prescription.
Few causes of irregular periods are stress, weight gain or loss, uterine polyp or fibroid, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, PCOS, premature ovarian insufficiency, thyroid disorder.
One may have some underlying causes such as stress, hormone imbalance, poly or uterine fibroids which cause delay in periods in the absence of pregnancy.
Vaginal discharge or leukorrhea occurs through the menstrual cycle and is usually white before & after the period. Discharge may start out as thin liquid before the time of ovulation. During ovulation, the discharge thickens and becomes mucus like. After ovulation, i.e., in second half of the cycle, discharge increases usually.
