What if periods are late by 10 days?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
If next cycle starts from 28 +/- 7 days from the first date of last menstrual cycle then it is considered a normal cycle. A delay of 10 days is not normal and may need evaluation.

View allI've missed my periods for the last 3 months, and last month I only had some small brown clots or discharge that lasted about 3-4 days. My cycle has always been kind of irregular, and I remember something similar happened a couple of years ago. Back then, my doctor gave me Ergest LD, and I got my period after 5 days. Could something different be causing this now, and should I be really worried about it?

Im really worried and confused about ectopic pregnancy and how misoprostol might affect it. If it is ectopic, will I experience bleeding and cramping after taking misoprostol? And if bleeding does start, does that indicate a normal pregnancy, or could it still be ectopic? I'm trying to understand what to look out for.
Ectopic Pregnancy is serious condition where MTP need to be perfomed in doctors supervision, there will be extreme pain in lower abdomen and bleeding PV would be less when compared to intra uterine pregnancy because blood would be collecting in the abdomen, hence to avoid serios complication visit Gynaecologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I'm a bit concerned because it's the 43rd day and I still haven't gotten my period. On the 40th day, I noticed some discomfort in my lower abdomen, and now there's this thick white milky discharge. Could these be signs of early pregnancy, or is it something else? I'm not sure what to make of this.
White dischrge in pregnancy is common Just make sure it s not associated with itching and foul smelling bcz tht goes in favour of infection Keep the private parts clean Avoid moisture If dischrge is more use panty liners
