What does appendix pain feel like?

Normal appendix do not cause any pain unless it is inflammed. During that period, sudden sharp pain that starts on the right side of your lower abdomen. It may also start near your belly button and then move lower to your right. The pain may feel like a cramp at first, and it may get worse when you cough, sneeze, or move.

I've had an abscess in my right breast for about three years now, and I've noticed something that's been worrying me. My right breast seems bigger than the left, and I've also lost sensation in the nipple. I'm wondering if this is due to the abscess or if there could be something else causing it?
