I've been having some issues for a while now and I'm hoping you can help me out. Last year, during the first wave of covid, I had a fever and all the symptoms but never actually got tested. I just went to a nearby hospital, took some steroids and tablets, and then recovered. But ever since, for about nine months now, I've been dealing with this constant mucus coming from my lungs and throat through my mouth, and there's this stuck feeling and congestion in my chest. I've seen a lot of doctors and gone through all sorts of tests like blood, urine, X-Ray, ECG, and even a hologram scan, but they all say everything is fine. I'm still really struggling with these issues. Any ideas what might be going on?

I'm a 22-year-old guy, and I've been smoking for the past year. I've had this chest pain for about 8 months now. I went to a cardiologist, and my cholesterol was high. He told me to lower it, which I did in a month, but the chest pain is still there. I went through ECG, echo, TMT, and a chest X-ray, and everything came back normal. The cardiologist said my heart's fine, but I still feel this pain. It's worse when I bend forward or take a deep breath, and its around the center and left side of my chest. I'm not sure what to do next. Should I be considering a chest CT scan? The cardiologist told me to just ignore the pain and said its not heart-related. I already quit smoking and changed my diet, but the pain hasn't gone away. What should my next step be?

do CT scan and review

My brother was diagnosed with lung TB in 2021, and after completing treatment, he was clear. But then, just six months later, he got affected again, this time with Pott spine TB. As his family, were worried about whether we might need to get checked too. Ive already done an ESR blood test, and it came back normal, but should we still go for TB screening? Whats your advice on this?

yes check it once
