I'm really concerned because I feel like my penis is smaller than it should be, and I also ejaculate too quickly. Can you give me some advice on how to increase the size of my penis and help with premature ejaculation? I'm really looking for any guidance or solutions you might have.

I understand that you're concerned about the size of your penis and premature ejaculation. Here are some suggestions that may help:
Penis Size
- Avoid unrealistic expectations: Penis size is largely determined by genetics, and there's no guaranteed way to significantly increase size.
- Focus on penis health: Maintain good penis health by practicing safe sex, exercising regularly, and managing stress.
- Consider counseling: If penis size is affecting your self-esteem or relationships, consider seeking counseling from a mental health professional.
Premature Ejaculation
- Practice relaxation techniques: Stress and anxiety can contribute to premature ejaculation. Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga.
- Exercise regularly: Regular exercise can help improve sexual performance and reduce stress.
- Try the "stop-start" technique: This technique involves stopping sexual activity before ejaculation, waiting for a few seconds, and then resuming.
- Consider seeking professional help: If premature ejaculation persists, consider seeking help from a urologist, sex therapist, or counselor.
Additional Tips
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep.
- Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption: Both can negatively impact sexual health.
- Practice safe sex: Use condoms to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections.

View allI'm 18 and I've got these dark patches on both sides of my nose, kind of like a permanent tan. I used to spend a lot of time in the sun, and it's been about three years with these patches. I've tried everything from doctor-prescribed creams to a chemical peel, and I always use sunscreen, but nothing seems to really help. The only thing that lightened them up was this Lomela cream with hydroquinone, but when I stopped using it, the patches just got darker. I'm worried and frustrated are there any creams or treatments that could help get rid of these dark patches for good?
Kozicare cream is advised.Side-effects include itching and hypersensitivity reactions

I'm pretty worried because I've had this small lump in my groin for about 6 weeks now. Initially, a general surgeon thought it was just a local infection and suggested applying follicilin, which I did for 5 weeks, but the lump didn't reduce in size. Then I saw another doctor who diagnosed it as tinea cruris fungal infection and prescribed Forcan 150 and quadriderm. He mentioned it should heal in 5 days, but it's been 5 days and there's no change. I'm concerned about why it's not healing. Do you think I need a different treatment or should I consult yet another doctor for a second opinion?
Surgeon opinion is advised.

Can you help me figure out what's going on?
