I'm having a hard time maintaining an erection when I'm with my wife, but I don't seem to have this issue when I watch porn. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it?

Chemical Peels for Lip Darkness
Effectiveness
- Temporary improvement: Chemical peels can help reduce lip darkness temporarily.
- Fading of melanin: Chemical peels contain alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs) that help fade melanin, reducing lip darkness.
Types of Chemical Peels for Lips
- Glycolic acid peel: A popular choice for lip peels, glycolic acid helps exfoliate and brighten the lip skin.
- Lactic acid peel: Lactic acid peels are gentler and can help hydrate and lighten the lip skin.
Period of Results
- Temporary results: Chemical peel results for lip darkness are temporary and may last for a few weeks to a few months.
- Maintenance treatments: To maintain the results, you may need to undergo regular maintenance treatments.
Precautions and Alternatives
- Consult a dermatologist: Before undergoing a chemical peel, consult a dermatologist to discuss the best course of treatment for your lip darkness.
- Other treatment options: Other treatment options, such as laser therapy or lip scrubs, may also be effective in reducing lip darkness.

View allI have an 8mm stone stuck in my upper ureter and have been taking both homeopathic and allopathic medicines like distone. My doctor suggested surgery saying it might block urine flow if it stays, but it's been 20 days and I'm peeing normally. Can an 8mm stone still allow urine to pass through a 45mm ureter without causing blockage?

my foreskin retracts fine when soft but gets stuck when erect is surgery the only way to fix this or are there other treatments that could help
While surgery (circumcision) is a common treatment for phimosis (tight foreskin), it's not always the only option. Non-surgical treatments, such as stretching exercises, steroid creams, and addressing underlying issues like infections or skin conditions, can also be effective

I'm 19 and have bilateral varicocele measuring 2.2 mm and 2.6 mm but I think it's getting bigger. I get occasional scrotal pain, no erections, and see a bunch of veins there. I don't want surgery because it might come back. Can homeopathy really help cure varicocele? What other options do I have?
surgery opinion is advised to the patient.
