I'm feeling pretty worried because I notice precum leakage whenever I get sexually aroused, which really makes me uncomfortable when my penis gets erect. On top of that, I've been dealing with premature ejaculation, since I can ejaculate in less than a minute whether I'm masturbating or having sex. Can you offer any suggestions or advice on how to handle this?

View allI'm a bit worried because I was diagnosed with a UTI about two weeks ago. This morning, I had a follow-up urine routine test to see if it's cleared up, but I'm not sure how to interpret the results. In one report, the latest is highlighted in yellow, and the other is from 14 days ago. Could you help me figure out if I'm still dealing with this infection or if it's finally gone?

I have phimosis and a tight frenulum - if I get circumcision surgery will it fix both issues at the same time or would I need separate procedures
Circumcision generally addresses both phimosis and tight frenulum—confirm with a urologist before surgery.

I'm dealing with an ongoing infection under my foreskin and on the top of my penis. I've been seeing a dermatologist for a couple of months, and while it got better at first, the infection hasn't completely gone away and seems to have gotten worse again. Should I stick with the dermatologist, or is it time to see a urologist? Any advice on what I should do next?
that looks like venereal disease , ask your dermatologist fpr appropriate approach there will be seperate kit for each such disease u can ask for such treatment, personal hygiene is most important and refrain from sexual activity untill you are completely recovered.
