I'm a bit worried because I used to have random and morning erections, which I assumed were normal, but for the past month they've stopped completely. I also feel like my sex drive has really decreased. Is this something I should be concerned about, or could it be a normal phase?

It's not uncommon for sexual drive and erections to fluctuate due to factors like stress, lifestyle changes, or hormonal imbalances. However, if youve noticed a persistent decrease in libido and erectile function, it might be helpful to consult a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying issues like hormonal imbalances or other health conditions.

View allI've been having pain and irritation from a 3.9mm stone at the UV junction in my right kidney. Currently taking NERRI tab Uriliser and Dr Rakewag R18 medicines. Are these meds enough or do I need surgery to remove the stone?
All these medicines tablets will not work. Consult an urologist for further management

I'm really worried about this S aureus balanitis thing. I have these bowel issues and some impetigo on my foreskin, and it's been treated but I'm still in a lot of pain all over my body. Can you tell me if this is normal or if there's anything else I should be doing?
You can use a combination of topical mupirocin ointment applied to the affected area three times daily and oral antibiotics such as cephalexin 500mg four times a day for 7-10 days. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry. For impetigo on the foreskin, you can also use mupirocin ointment. For body pain, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours as needed for pain. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.

I've got a small cut on my frenulum; its not bleeding, but its a bit painful. I'm just wondering, is it okay to apply Neosporin on it?
For a small, non-bleeding cut on the frenulum, apply gentle care: clean with mild soap and lukewarm water, pat dry, and apply a thin layer of antibiotic ointment like Neosporin to promote healing and prevent infection; however, if pain increases, or you notice signs of infection (redness, swelling, pus), consult a healthcare professional or urologist for further guidance.
