I've got a 12cm fibroid in my uterus, and Im really worried about having to go through surgery. Are there any medicines or other treatments out there that could help shrink it instead?

View allI'm feeling a bit concerned and confused. Our gynecologist recommended this 'suggest 200' medication after a cervical scan showed my wife has a low-lying placenta at four months pregnant. I've read that taking this isn't usually advised during pregnancy. Could you shed some light on this? Is it safe, and should we be worried about potential effects?
Progesterone tablets are used in pregnancy to support embryonic implantation, prevent preterm labor and miscarriage, and manage pregnancy-related conditions, typically prescribed at 100-200 mg daily from week 2-12 of pregnancy.

I've been on Novelon for the last four years, and before I started taking it, I rarely had period cramps. But now, after starting it, I began to experience them, and for the last 23 months, the pain's been so bad that I've had to take painkillers. Is this due to Novelon, or are these just normal period cramps?

I'm really stressed out and need some advice. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant? We had unprotected sex two days before I was supposed to get my period. My cycles usually between 31 and 33 days. We did it on day 31, three times, and he always pulled out before finishing. I also made sure he peed after every time. But now Im worried because I read online that precum can make you pregnant. What do you think?
Although the chances are low, pregnancy is possible even with the pull-out method and precum exposure; considering your cycle and timing, take a home pregnancy test 4-5 days after your missed period for accurate results, and if you're concerned or experience symptoms, consult a gynaecologist
