I'm a bit worried because I always get my period a week earlier than the last month's date, and it began on December 4th. I'm planning a trip to Rajasthan at the end of this month, and I'm pretty sure that's when I'll get my period again. The stomach pain I experience during that time is intense, and I really don't want it to ruin my vacation. Is it possible to prepone my period so that it happens earlier and doesn't interfere with my trip? I'm just looking for a way to enjoy my travel without the usual discomfort.

My wife has been experiencing this irregular pain in her breast, usually with mild intensity. Its mainly on the outer part and even extends to under her arm. She mostly feels it when she touches the area. Were trying to understand what could be causing this and what remedies might help. Any insights would be appreciated.

Surgeon opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and having twins, and I'm 30 years old. I've been dealing with really bad itching and redness on my belly for the past 10 days, and it's especially rough at night because I can't sleep at all. My LFT came back with high levelsAlkaline phosphatase is at 346 IUL, G.P.T. is 105.2 IUL, and another one is 101.4 IUL. I'm taking Udiliv 150 three times a day, but it's not helping. I'm worried about what's causing this and if there's any risk to my babies. What should I do?

Your symptoms and elevated liver enzymes suggest intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP), a condition that can increase the risk of preterm birth, fetal distress, and stillbirth; consult your obstetrician to discuss the best course of action, which may include switching to ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) or adding antihistamines or topical creams to alleviate itching, and closely monitoring fetal well-being and liver function to ensure the health and safety of both you and your twins.

I've been wondering if it's really possible to regain that virgin-like feeling. Is there anything that can help with the tightness of the vagina or the hymen? Can you suggest any treatments or medicines for this?

It's important to understand that the concept of "feeling virgin again" is not medically possible, as the vagina does not "seal" after intercourse. However, if you're concerned about vaginal tightness or changes, it can be influenced by factors like muscle tone, hormonal changes, or childbirth. I recommend consulting with a gynecologist who can provide personalized advice and possible treatments, such as pelvic floor exercises or other medical options.
