I'm 19 weeks along in my pregnancy and just got my TIFFA scan done last week. They said everything looks normal with the baby's movements and measurements, but they mentioned a thick abdomen and poor window. I'm really worried about what this means for my baby. Should I be concerned? Is there something specific I should be looking out for?

I'm really worried about whether APCOD is a good medicine for managing PCOD. Are there any side effects I should know about? Also, is it an allopathic, Ayurvedic, or homeopathic remedy?
APCOD is an Ayurvedic medicine commonly used to treat Polycystic Ovary Disorder (PCOD), and while some women report benefits, its effectiveness is largely anecdotal and not extensively scientifically proven; potential side effects may include gastrointestinal upset, allergic reactions, or interactions with other medications, so consult an Ayurvedic practitioner
