I'm 19 weeks along in my pregnancy and just got my TIFFA scan done last week. They said everything looks normal with the baby's movements and measurements, but they mentioned a thick abdomen and poor window. I'm really worried about what this means for my baby. Should I be concerned? Is there something specific I should be looking out for?

I'm currently in my 7th month of pregnancy, and during my last scan, the doctor noted that my cervical length is 2.9. I'm really worried about whether this could lead to any complications or if there's a chance of going into early labor. Can you give me some advice or let me know what I should be looking out for?
