I was new to chennai, was very confused as i wanted to find the right doctor and institution for my 1st and mostly only babys delivery and i was obese with risk of complications. It was pandemic, and i kept on worrying if at last moment i test covid positive wud the doctor still perform my delivery.
I was just so lucky that i found dr deepa She was so so good Everytime she examined me and calmed me.
She is very humble polite and honest to her profession.she always directed tests and medicines which were only required and were not unnecessary. She was always just one message away. She always cleared my doubts, all new moms know how important and tension filled that phase is during first pregnancy. On my apprehension about what if during delivery i test covid positive, she said u r my patient, i am not going to leave u. Dont worry even if u test positive, i will be there 
During delivery she encouraged me and my husband to do normal delivery but i gave up due to pain And i kept requesting her to do my c.s , and she agreed. I think in todays era, its not only important to do normal delivery, but also to understand a patients point of view and request too. And i am very happy she agreed and understood me at that point.
Though she asked me to come for follow up at 6weeks, i have been just busy with baby and her vaccines n her follow ups etc. But i want to convey to dr deepa how thankful i am for giving me such a wonderful gift of my life and she really made my pregnancy journey so memoreable. Initially, it was my sister who visited her for her pregnancy and was extremely happy with her service following which I was easily able to fix up an appointment with her for myself.
