I have a low sperm count issue and recently had a Doppler test. Both testes and epididymis are normal in size, location, and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen and no free fluid is noted in the tunica vaginalis on either side. Both spermatic cords appear normal with no dilated vascular channels. No evidence of torsion is noted on Doppler interrogation of the testes and spermatic cords. Reversal of flow on Valsalva maneuver is noted in the left spermatic cord, grade I.
