What is a normal post-meal blood sugar level?
Before a meal it is 80 to 130 mg/dL. Two hours after the start of a meal it should be less than 180 mg/dL.

Blood glucose levels such as 74mg/dl after two hours of meals means that your body has secreated enough insulin which was required to digest a large meal.
Ideal levels 3 hours post meals are between100mg/dl to 120mg/dl. Ideally it should be 100mg/dl.
