Hello sir or maam, I feel lazy and tired all the time with low mood. I have not had morning erections for a long time. Two years ago, I had a blood test for testosterone and my report showed 267 ng/dl. Do I need to repeat the T-hormone test or do something else? I am unable to concentrate on any work. My CBC, LFT, and RFT reports are normal. Do I also need a TSH test along with the T hormone test? When I take medicine for fatigue, I feel okay during the course of the medicine, but after completion, I again feel fatigue, low mood, and related problems.

Hi, I am 25 years old and have a long history of habitual masturbation. Recently, I have been experiencing some erection problems: either difficulty getting an erection or inability to sustain it. I have done hormone tests, and the results are:
Testosterone: 452 ng/dL
Free Testosterone: 16.60 pg/mL
LH: 6.09 mIU/mL
Estradiol (E2): 61.9 pg/mL
FSH: 7.33 mIU/mL
My doctor has suggested a penile Doppler test. Based on my hormone test results, is this test necessary, or can it be skipped? Please advise
