UTIs, and rarely STIs are the main cause of pus cells in urine. You are recommended to consult with a nephrologist if your pus cells are very high.
Urine infection is mostly the cause of leukocytes in urine.
Amorphous crystals observed at an acid pH (less than 6) are amorphous urate crystals. At a pH greater than 7, they are amorphous phosphate crystals. Between pH 6 and pH 7, they become very difficult to distinguish.
UTI infections are the main cause of nitrites being present in urine.
For females, the normal pus cells count in around 5 to 7 cells / HPF.
