View allI have been following a healthy diet and exercising regularly, and I have successfully lost around 8 kg. I avoid sugar, use minimal olive oil, and include green vegetables and other healthy foods in my diet. Previously, I had fatty liver, but the related values have now returned to normal. However, despite my efforts, some values in my recent reports, specifically HDL, triglycerides, and LDL cholesterol are not improving. I am 28 years old, 5.6 inch tall, and currently weigh 68 kg. I have attached my reports. Could you please help me understand why these values are not coming down and if there is anything else I should be doing?

I have been diagnosed with a cyst in my left ovary. I am sexually active and currently taking medication to control my IgE levels. My report states that the left ovary is bulky and shows a well defined uniloculated cystic lesion measuring approximately 39 by 35mm, described as a simple cyst without any internal echoes, septa, calcification, or nodules. My homeopathy doctor said there is nothing to worry about. Is this really normal? What precautions should I take, how can it be treated, and what problems could this cyst potentially cause?

I had a complete body checkup a few months back and found that my SGOT and LDL cholesterol levels were slightly higher than normal. My report showed SGOT 36 optimal less than 34, SGPT 47 optimal 10 to 49, and LDL cholesterol 109.5 optimal less than 100. I did the same tests again two days ago from a different lab, and the results are SGOT 33 is 15 to 37, SGPT 63 is 16 to 63, and LDL cholesterol 110 is 70 to 180. I am not sure if the biological reference ranges given in both reports are correct, as they are different, and I am unable to understand if my current levels are fine. Can you please tell me the correct levels and if the reports are normal?
