Does soy increase hemoglobin?
There is no evidence that soy increases hemoglobin count in the body.

Anemia does have prominent symptoms such as fatigue and pale skin which indicates low hemoglobin count. However, it is recommended to get a CBC test done to diagnose anemia.
If your hemoglobin count is low then you are anemic. The body is likely to feel weak, tired and pale because oxygen is not reaching all parts of the body adequately.
Oxygen levels between 95% to 100% is normal when measured by a pulse oximeter. However, still if you are experiencing breathing difficulties then you may be suffering from COPD or any undiagnosed medical condition which is causing shortness of breathe (dyspnea).
