What is the 30 question cognitive test?
It is 30 point questionnaire to assess the cognition level of a person. It includes assessment of orientation to time (5 points), orientation to place (5 points), registration (3 points), attention and calculation (5 points), recall (3 points), language (2 points), repetition (1 point) and complex commands (6 points). Any score of 24 or above indicates normal cognition. Below this, scores can indicate severe (â¤9 points), moderate (10â18 points) or mild (19â23 points) cognitive impairment.
