While at sleep especially when trying to get into deep sleep I am feeling shortness of breath almost like getting an attack and I suddenly wakeup. This is causing sleep disturbances and worrying me. Not getting sufficient sleep at night.
I don't have any other symptoms, except slight nasal congestion. Pls suggest.
