When I gargle in morning, after I cough, I start getting blood in vomiting as I voluntarily try to get the things out of my stomach. Clear sticky sputum with blood streaks. Every-time I force vomit after coughing oncetwice
I get the taste of blood in throat.

If I do not cough, and voluntarily vomit in morning on empty stomach- NO blood, just sticky clear mucous

Is this pseudohemoptysis??
Is this due to trauma after coughing?

Please help. What to do?

Sputum for AFB and microscopy,x-ray chest pa view, complete blood count,esr and C-reactive protein is advised to the patient.

Nothing to worry these are the side-effects of of ATT medications. Patient is advised tab.ciplox tz orally ,twice daily for 5 days ,tab paracetamol orally for 5 days ,tab pan d orally ,before food for days .

I'm having chest pain on both sides above breasts? since 1 week. But, it's not continuous.
It came 2 times last 1 week. Can you please let me know, what are symptoms it referring to? Will it be a gas problem or heart attack?

Probable diagnosis is GERD .Patient is advised tab pan d orally once daily,syrup sucralfate 10 ml thrice daily for 14 days. AAlso ecg and chest x-ray pa view is advised to the patient.
