Also, blood flow to the heart decreases causing the blood pressure to drop. Hence, decreased heart rate with drop in blood pressure together makes you light headed or weak after passing stool.
There is no particular miraculous drink that will help in having normal bowel movement. You need to take plenty of water, fruits juices, butter milk to soften the stools.
