There is no normal bowel movement. It can range from three times a day to three times a week. However, your normal pattern may be different from these numbers. If you have always been having five bowel movements daily then it is normal pattern for you. There is no particular miraculous drink that will help in having normal bowel movement. You need to take plenty of water, fruits juices, butter milk to soften the stools.
