Foods and drinks with high glycemic index are to be avoided by Diabetic patients. Few foods/drinks are fried foods and other foods high in saturated fat and trans fat, foods high in salt, sweets such as baked goods, candy, and ice cream, beverages with added sugars such as juice, regular soda, and regular sports or energy drinks.

I'm a bit concerned because for the past couple of months, my urine has been a deep yellow color. I'm wondering if this might be related to the glyciphage tablets I take. Could there be a connection, or is there something else I should consider?
The yellow urine indicates a lot of things like even if you are not taking enough water, the urine can be yellow. As said by my colleague, if you are on any multivitamin also it can be yellow. Have you started noticing after taking the glyciphage tablet or was OK in the past with the tablet also? Urinary tract infection can also cause a dark coloured urine. Here is what you can do, drink upto four litres of water a day and get a urine complete test done.
