What is the healthiest sleeping position?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Every individual is different, there is no "one-size-fits-all" position to sleep. One needs to follow what works for their body and sleep needs. Sleeping on left side curling your legs and placing a pillow in between your knees is good for low back, during pregnancy, reduces snoring and acid reflux. Lying on stomach is good for snoring and sleep apnea. Sleeping flat on your back protects the spine, relieves hip and knee pain.

My mom tested positive for COVID five days ago. Right now, she only has a mild fever and feels weak. I attached her chest X-ray report. She's been taking favipiravir, ivermectin, azithral, doxycycline, zinc, and vitamin C. Should we keep going with this treatment, or think about switching to other medications?
Continue all the medications as advised by the physician..

I'm a bit concerned because whenever I take a deep breath or yawn, I feel a really sharp pain. Plus, I've been dealing with a cold, sneezing, and a mild cough for the last four days. Should I be worried? Could it be something more serious?
