What is the healthiest sleeping position?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Every individual is different, there is no "one-size-fits-all" position to sleep. One needs to follow what works for their body and sleep needs. Sleeping on left side curling your legs and placing a pillow in between your knees is good for low back, during pregnancy, reduces snoring and acid reflux. Lying on stomach is good for snoring and sleep apnea. Sleeping flat on your back protects the spine, relieves hip and knee pain.

View allI'm dealing with a persistent cough for about a week now, along with a stuffy nose, an itchy feeling in my throat, and a lot of sneezing. I also had a fever for a couple of days, but that's gone away. Should I be worried about these symptoms, and is there anything specific I should do to start feeling better?
take syrup ascoril twice a day for 5 days and tablet amoxyclav for 5 days twice a day

I'm really worried about this fever I've been dealing with since last week. It's been coming and going, and I'm also struggling with a cold. Every time I take medicine, I feel better for a few hours, but then the fever just comes back. What could be causing this, and how can I get it under control?
Your recurring fever and cold symptoms, despite temporary relief from medication, may indicate a underlying infection, such as a viral or bacterial infection, sinusitis, or a secondary infection like pneumonia or bronchitis; consider consulting a doctor for a thorough evaluation, including a physical examination, blood tests, and possibly a chest X-ray, to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment, which may include antibiotics, antivirals, or anti-inflammatory medications

I'm wondering if I should still get the swine flu vaccine even though I've already taken antiflu capsules as my doctor prescribed. Does taking the medicine mean I'm protected from swine flu, or is the vaccine still necessary?
no you are safe
