My brother-in-law Asib who's 21 was diagnosed with a partial ACL tear in his right leg and advised surgery, but we want to double-check before going ahead. Can you recommend a good 3T or higher resolution MRI center in Chennai for a clearer diagnosis? Any other advice would be helpful too.

ACL repair and reconstruction .ortho opinion is advised.

It's been over 120 days since my surgery and I'm still using an elbow crutch for support while walking. I feel a bit of pain in my knee, maybe from the implant, and some discomfort in the area where I had the fracture. Is this normal? I don't feel confident enough to walk without support yet. How much walking practice is safe at this stage, and what exercises can I do to build strength so I can walk without support soon? I've attached my x-ray from March 25 for reference.

I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.
