I'm 30 and I've been dealing with a fungal infection on my thighs for about 18 months now. I've been using itrabestds and prutrip25rapross, but nothing seems to be helping. Can you advise me on what I should do?

if the condition is not getting better then the medication is ineffective for this you have to undergo a test called KOH mount which gives exact causative agent and appropriate treatment can be given.visit your dermatologist for the same.

I just really want to understand how much hair fall is considered normal each day. Sometimes I notice around 67 hairs falling out, and other times it's like 30 to 40. I'm also using Laxet forte tablets and applying Diprovate Plus lotion on my scalp, as my doctor advised. Should I be rubbing in the lotion or just spraying it on my scalp? And is there a chance this might help with regrowth?

Normal hair fall per day is 50-100 strands, you are using appropriate treatment you can continue that,u have to gently massage prescribed amount of lotion evenly over scalp.
