View allI'm noticing blood in my cough every other day, but it's only a small amount, like less than 5ml. I've already checked, and my TB report came back negative, plus my chest X-ray looked normal. Lately, I've been having this pain in my throat too. What could be going on? Should I be worried about something serious?

I'm a student nurse currently working with a patient who has category 1 pulmonary tuberculosis. Their x-ray mentioned "fibroreticular densities with cicatricial changes," and I'm not really sure what that means. Could you explain it to me? Also, what kind of breath sounds should I be listening for in this situation?
Breath sounds include crackles,wheezing and bronchial breathing . Patient is advised to continue ATT for 6 months.

I'm really struggling with my asthma. I've had it for 18 years, but lately, my inhaler just isn't cutting it anymore. It's getting harder to manage my symptoms. Do you have any advice or new treatments I should consider?
