I'm really worried because my recent chest X-ray showed a white shadow, and I've been having some breathing issues. It seems to get worse when I'm running or being active. What could this mean, and should I be concerned about the white shadow on my X-ray?

Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with COPD for about 10 years, and I get asthma attacks whenever I physically exert myself. I use the Seroflo 250 inhaler all the time, but I'm wondering if there's any stem cell therapy available as a treatment for COPD. Can you provide any insight or advice on that?

COPD is permanent damage to lungs,it is irreversible but wit medcines you can slow down the progression of the disease,visit Pulmonologist for appropriate treatment and openion on stem cell therapy

I'm about to travel to Switzerland in September and stay in Europe for around 4 months, and I'm getting worried about managing my asthma because I know it will be pretty cold there. Ive been using Mondeslor occasionally to prevent asthma and allergy symptoms, especially during travel. Do you think itd be okay if I take Mondeslor every night for those 120 days? I'm kind of nervous about any side effects since it seems like a long time to be on it.

Yes,continue same treatment.Side-effects include of the medicine includes nausea,rash,fatigue,abdominal pain, dryness in mouth.etc.
