I'm really concerned about my cousin's dad. He's dealing with mild hepatomegaly and a grade 1 fatty liver, plus he's got total lung damage. The doctors have basically said there's not much hope and mentioned we might only have as little as 15 to 30 days. Is there anything we can do or try? Any advice would be really appreciated.

Grade 1 hepatomegaly isnt life threatening usually. U should elaborate on the lung condition or any other underlying issue that hes facing.

I'm really concerned because I've been dealing with some serious liver issues after starting my TB treatment. It all began with a fever right from the first dose, and even though I stopped the medication 12 days ago, the fever hasn't gone away. I'm worried about hepatotoxicity and what this means for my treatment. Do I really need to stop the TB meds completely? And if my liver's already damaged, how do I go about healing it? Any advice would be really appreciated.

yes you should stop that particular drug. If you stop the drug ,your liver will automatically get cured

I'm really worried about my husband who's 34. His SGOT and SGPT levels are high, and he's been experiencing swelling in his legs and face. Could this be a sign of a liver problem or something else? I'm not sure what all of this could mean but I'm definitely concerned. Could you help us understand what's going on?
