So, I was cleaning my ear with a Q-tip and noticed a bit of blood on it. It hurt a little too. Should I be worried about this and consider seeing a specialist?

View allI've been dealing with strep throat for the past two years, and it keeps coming back almost every month. My tonsils get those white and yellow patches, and I also notice small bumps at the back of my tongue. Meds help for a bit, but it never really goes away. Would getting my tonsils removed be a permanent fix for this?
tonsilectomy is advised .

I'm a bit worried because I've been having some pain and swelling on the right side of my neck where a lymph node is located. I went for an FNAC test, and the report says there's a right submandibular swelling, but the stain for AFB is negative. The findings mentioned something about a necrotizing granulomatous lesion. I'm really anxious about what this means. Could you help me understand this condition a bit better and let me know if it's something I could pass on to others?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with Vertigo for about 2 years now, and it's really getting to me. Back in 2012, I had a bad accident but was told there were no major issues, just some muscle spasms. But then around June 2015, I started feeling off-balance when driving. I saw a cardiologist, and he said I have MVP but didnt think it was anything seriousjust gave me Starpress XL 25 mg. My blood tests all came back okay except my sugar was borderline, and my BP was fine too. An endocrinologist ruled out any sugar or BP issues. Finally, an ENT said it's Vertigo. My right ear often feels full and occasionally hurts. Things were okay for the last few months, but now, within the past 10 days, the imbalance is back. Im on Vertin 16 mg and Stematil MD, but what else can I do? This is super frustrating. Any ideas on how to handle this?
