Sir I have a low grade spindle cell neoplasm and may be angiofibroma compressing by left lung the size of tumor is about 20 cm and in am admitted in Tata hospital Mumbai .
They planned a surgery and they are taking clamshell  incision and vascular cover.

Probable diagnosis is GERD .Patient is advised tab pan d,orally once daily for 14 days ,syrup sucralfate 10ml thrice daily for 14 days.Also avoid spicy and hot items is advised to the patient.
