After taking budecort 0.5 mg nebulization, breathlessness is felt by patient each time, which lasts for around 30 minutes and oxygen also drops to 95 which recovers after 30 minutes. Other medicines which are used: montair lc (once a day), medrol 16 mg(twice a day), zocef cv(twice a day), pulmoclear (twice a day), dolo 650 (thrice a day), zincovit (once a day), vitamin c(once a day), anticoagulant injection (once a day).
