My wife is due to deliver in Kerala, and she's planning to travel on January 8th, 2017. She'll be nine months pregnant by then. We're wondering if it's safe for her to travel by car or train since the journey will take more than 10 hours. What do you think?

I've been having irregular periods every month, and they never seem to come on the same date. Sometimes they're 5 days late, other times 9 days late. It's becoming a regular thing, and I'm starting to worry. Do you have any advice or suggestions on what might be causing this?

What are the first signs of a missed miscarriage?
The usual symptoms of miscarriage are vaginal bleeding and lower tummy (abdominal) cramps. You may then pass something from the vagina, which often looks like a blood clot or clots.
