My wife is due to deliver in Kerala, and she's planning to travel on January 8th, 2017. She'll be nine months pregnant by then. We're wondering if it's safe for her to travel by car or train since the journey will take more than 10 hours. What do you think?

I had a medical abortion on August 17th and then on September 18th, I noticed some spotting and a brown discharge, kind of like the start of a period. It was really light and just lasted for a day. After that, it completely stopped, and now there's no bleeding or spotting at all. Should I be concerned or is this normal? Please advise.

I'm really worried about my wife's scan; it was supposed to show a heartbeat at eight weeks, but there was nothing. We've already been through a miscarriage in 2019 and tried IUI and IVF in 2020 without success, along with fibroid removal surgery last December. She got pregnant naturally this time, but now there's no heartbeat. The report says the gestational sac has regular margins and a large yolk sac, but the fetal pole is there with no cardiac activity. It mentions a mean sac measurement around 19.73 and biometry CRL at 7.8 mm, with a single intrauterine nonviable gestation estimated at 6 weeks 5 days, and multiple uterine fibroids. I'm really anxious about whether there's any hope or if this is a miscarriage. Could you help us understand the situation better?

I'm almost six months pregnant but I'm still not feeling any baby movement and I'm kind of worried. Last week, I mentioned this to my doctor, and she checked with an instrument to find the heartbeat and said everything was fine. But my family keeps saying I should definitely be feeling the baby move by now. Could you explain to me what baby movements feel like or how I'll know if its the baby moving? I really have no clue and this is my first pregnancy.

-It's completely understandable to feel unsure, especially as this is your first pregnancy. Baby movements can feel like gentle flutters, bubbles, or light taps at first, and they may not be consistent early on. It can vary for each pregnancy, so don't wo
