  5. My testosterone levels have dropped from 270 ng/dl to 208.83 ng/dl over the past two months. I was tested for various hormones, including LH, FSH, prolactin, estradiol, and thyroid function, and all were normal, except my estradiol which was 30 and TSH at 4.5. Im not on any medications, and I dont have deficiencies in vitamin D, zinc, or other nutrients related to testosterone production. Ive always had low hormone levels and it really affects how I feel every day. I have beta thalassemia minor, chronic back pain, low hemoglobin, weak bones, extra chest fat, and metabolic issues. I also have painful acne that flares up if I eat too much oil or sugar. I feel tired easily and struggle with these issues constantly. Ive been told that endocrinologists arent experts on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), but I need help understanding what could be causing these symptoms and how to improve my situation.
