Small subsegmental atelectasis in the anterior segment of right upper lobe. Query: is that a minor issue?
Does he need medicines to treat this. 
Tracheo-bronchial tree is normal.
Mediastinal vasculature appear grossly normal on plain scan.
No CT signs of Covid pneumonia. CORADS 1. CT severity score is 025
