  5. My skin is getting darker day by day,I don't know why. I have a dry skin and have lots of dark spots and blemishes as well as dark circles. My skin turns red when exposed in the sun and even more darker. I had a Wheaties complexion 2 years ago but gradually started darkening even though I take 7-8 hours of sleep,I neither drink nor smoke and as far as sun exposure is concerned so I rarely go out and even if I do,I do layer my skin with sunscreen. And nowadays my neck is turning darker and rest of my body which was light is also turning darker. What should I do?

It sounds like your skin could be experiencing hyperpigmentation, possibly due to hormonal changes, dryness, or a sensitivity to sunlight, even with sunscreen. I recommend consulting a dermatologist for a tailored skincare routine and treatments like vitamin C serums or gentle exfoliation. Additionally, keeping your skin well-moisturized and using a broad-spectrum sunscreen consistently is crucial.
