My jaw deviates to right side on opening mouth and it deviates to left side on closing mouth. I also listen a clicking sound from my right side of jaw during opening mouth. I feel my left jaw is much more mobile than that of my right jaw. I feel difficulty during opening mouth and difficulty in breathing during sleeping on my back. I feel my facial muscles are very tight and tired. I have also neck pain and back pain. So please tell me what should I do now and can you suggest any special exercise for this condition? Please help me.
You likely have temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, which can cause jaw deviation, clicking, and muscle tightness. Avoid hard or chewy foods, practice gentle jaw exercises, and apply warm compresses. Consult a dentist or TMJ specialist for evaluation and treatment. For neck and back pain, consider physical therapy to improve posture.
