My chest xray report says Anterior left 4th and right 3rd bifid ribs noted.
doctor there didn't told much about it and said it is normal. but still i want to know the impact of it.

Bifib ribs are usually asymtomatic.If it causes nerve damage surgery is indicated.Partial resection of the bifid rib relieves the pain.

Im using a nebulizer for the first time and Ive been prescribed Duolin and Budecort. Can I mix them in the nebulizer? Also, do I need to add anything like normal saline (NS) when using them together?

Yes, Duolin (Ipratropium and Salbutamol) and Budecort (Budesonide) can be mixed together in a nebulizer for administration. However, it's recommended to dilute the mixture with Normal Saline (NS) to a total volume of 4-6 mL, as undiluted solutions can be too concentrated and may cause irritation
