I've noticed three dark moles suddenly showing up on my foreskin over the last couple of days. They're about 6mm, 5mm, and 4mm in size and are really close to each other. They don't itch or hurt, and I haven't had any other issues with them. But, I've been dealing with a UTI for a few months now. Should I be worried about these moles? Could they be a sign of some kind of skin cancer? I'm feeling pretty anxious about it.

View allI've been dealing with jock itch for about two weeks now and I've been trying a bunch of things like creams and even anti-dandruff shampoo. I read somewhere that castor oil could help, so I started applying it before bed and washing it off in the morning. But one time, I used it after my morning bath and forgot to reapply it at night. By the next day, I noticed the oil had dried, there was some black dead skin that came off easily, and the rash seemed a bit smaller. Does this mean that the castor oil is just working really slowly, or should I be trying something else?
Try using an antifungal cream like Lotrimin Ultra twice a day on the affected area to help clear up the infection faster. Remember to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.

I'm worried because I've been using this melamite cream for a couple of years to clear up my pimples. A friend recommended it, and it worked, but now if I try to stop using it, my face gets all red and starts burning. I really want to stop using this cream, but I don't know how to do it without these side effects. Do you know of any easy and fast ways to help me quit using it?
First of all, it's important to discontinue the use of Melamite cream to prevent further irritation. You can soothe your skin by using a gentle cleanser and applying a moisturizer with ingredients like aloe vera or hyaluronic acid. To help with the redness and burning sensation, you can use a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone cream twice a day for a few days. Additionally, an over-the-counter antihistamine like Cetirizine can help reduce any itching or inflammation. Make sure to protect your skin from the sun and avoid harsh skincare products during this time. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm a 23-year-old guy and I'm kind of worried because I still haven't started growing a beard or mustache. Do you have any tips or advice on how I can grow facial hair?
To grow a beard and mustache, try maintaining a healthy diet rich in protein, biotin, and vitamins, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, reducing stress, and using beard care products, along with considering supplements like biotin and vitamin D after consulting a doctor
