I've noticed that my period has been longer than usual, lasting up to 10 days, and I took a pregnancy test but it came back negative. Then, I experienced very light bleeding mixed with a watery discharge for a couple of days. Lately, I've been dealing with a pretty bad pain on my right side and it's affecting my back too. I'm really concerned and would love to get some advice on what might be going on and what I should do next. Any thoughts?

I just found out I have an ovarian cyst from an ultrasound two days ago and I'm really worried about it. Is there any way to treat it without surgery? What are my options if I want to avoid going under the knife?

In some cases, medications like birth control pills or other hormone treatments may be prescribed to prevent new cysts from forming or to manage symptoms. Left ovarian cyst size is 6556mm according to my ultrasound report. I'm 28 and already have two kids with no plans for more in the future. Can this be treated with medicine or will I need surgery? I'm really worried about what to expect.
Cyst is large enough to cause symptoms like abdomen pain ,bloating sensation, torsion or rupture.Large cysts more than 10 cms requires surgery,a gynaecologist opinion is advised for further management of the cyst.
