I've noticed that my penis is 4.5 inches when erect with a girth of 4 inches, and Im wondering if theres anything I can do to make it longer and bigger. I've seen pills being sold both in markets and online, and I'm curious if any of them actually work. If they do, could you recommend one? I'm also exploring if there are specific exercises or yoga that could improve blood flow to the penis. Also, if I increase my testosterone levels by using ashwagandha, will that have any effect on penis growth? I'm really looking for advice on this, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The size you mentioned is within the average range, and most pills or products claiming to increase size are not effective or safe. Focus on improving blood flow through Kegel exercises, pelvic stretches, and a healthy lifestyle. Ashwagandha may boost testosterone but won't directly impact penile growth.

View allI was diagnosed with grade 2 varicocele back in 2018 and have been using a supporter regularly since then. Some days I get slight pain in my scrotum, maybe once a month should I consider surgery or is there another way to manage this?
Grade 2 varicocele can be managed conservatively unless pain or infertility occurs—then surgery is advised.

my foreskin is really tight at the tip and it's causing discomfort is there any treatment for phimosis other than surgery what options do i have
Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin can't be pulled back from the head of the penis. It's normal in babies and small children, and they usually grow out of it. It can also be caused by infections, scar tissue, and skin diseases, and may need to be treated with steroid cream or surgery

I have extra foreskin that completely covers my penis when it's normal. I saw someone with phimosis, but unlike them, I don't have any pain. I can pull the skin back almost 90%, but 10% doesn't stretch easily. I've always used condoms without any issues. Do I need to do anything about this, or is surgery the only option?
yes advised to the pt.
