Your complain should be addressed to a Dermatologist. You may have a Bartholin's cyst. You may need to take antibiotics. Additionally, you can use a sitz bath with warm water a few times a day to help with the discomfort. If the cyst persists, you may need a procedure called marsupialization to drain it.

To apply thick Kenz Sal Lotion to your scalp:

1. Warm the lotion by placing the bottle in warm water.
2. Apply a small amount to affected areas using a cotton swab or scalp applicator.
3. Gently massage into scalp.
4. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour before washing hair.

You can also mix a small amount of lotion with coconut or olive oil to thin it out.
