I've just found out that my bilirubin levels, including total, direct, and indirect, are all high, and my homocysteine levels are elevated too. Should I be worried about this, and what could it mean for my health? What steps should I take, or what lifestyle changes might help manage these levels better?

Bilirubin count total, direct, indirect are high. Homocysteine level is high. High bilirubin levels can indicate liver or bile duct issues. You can take Ursodiol 300mg to help lower bilirubin levels. For high homocysteine levels, you can take Folic Acid 1mg along with Vitamin B6 25mg and Vitamin B12 1000mcg to help lower homocysteine levels. Make sure to follow the dosage instructions provided on the medication packaging.

View allI've been dealing with bleeding piles for the past 10 days and it hasn't stopped, even though I had laser surgery for piles a year and a half ago. I'm currently taking tranexamic acid tablets but the bleeding continues. What else can I do to stop the bleeding or are there other medications you'd recommend?
Since the bleeding persists despite tranexamic acid and your previous laser surgery, it's crucial to seek professional medical advice

I'm really worried because I've been taking dulcoflex tablets every night, and now it feels like I'm reliant on them. It all started back when I was 18 and dealing with constipation issues. I was also over 100 kg, but then I managed to get down to 75 and have kept it there. I just don't want this to turn into a lifelong dependency. How do I break this habit, and what should I be doing instead for the constipation? Any advice would be really appreciated.
Addiction to any drugchemical can cause the body to develop a physiological dependancy on it. This means that normal bowel movements will become impaired and this can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalance and dystonia of intestinal musculature. Seek professional help if you are unable to stop the habit on your own.
