I've just finished six months of TB meds in May, but I'm really worried because I'm having trouble breathing on the right side of my lung, where I had some moderate pleural effusion. It's a struggle to breathe normally, and when I take a deep breath, my right lung hurts a lot. Could you please guide me on what might be happening and suggest any medication that could help?

My mom was diagnosed with COPD and dilated RARVPA about three months ago. She tested positive for COVID last week but has since recovered. However, her oxygen levels sometimes drop to 80, especially when she's sleeping. I'm really worried about how serious this might be. Can you tell me more about what foods she should avoid and what she should be eating instead?

I've been experiencing some breathing problems lately, but it's not constant. It happens sometimes when I'm talking, either on the phone or at work. After about 23 minutes, I feel like I need to pause and catch my breath. I'm also feeling a bit of heaviness in my chest. Do you think this is something to worry about?
do chest xray and then proceed further
