I've been wondering about a few things and wanted to get your advice. I'm curious if a penis size of 12-13 cm is considered good for sex, and are there any natural ways to increase size? Also, I tend to release sperm quite quickly, often within a minute, and I wonder how I might control that better. Does masturbation actually make your penis size smaller? I'd love some recommendations on foods that could help with penis enlargement and improving sperm health. Is it okay to shave regularly down there, and I also spend a lot of time nude at home; could that be harmful in any way?

View allI've recently gotten my semen analysis results back and everything seems normal except for my PUS cell count, which is at 57 hpf, while the epithelial count is only present in small amounts. Could this high PUS cell count be affecting my fertility? My wife and I are having trouble conceiving, and I'm wondering if this might be the issue. Should I see a doctor for this, or can taking a good antibiotic help resolve it?
Your semen analysis shows a slightly elevated pus cell count (5-7hpf), which may indicate a mild infection or inflammation. This alone might not directly affect fertility, but its worth consulting a doctor to rule out any underlying issues. A targeted antibiotic course, if needed, could help, but additional tests might be required to assess other fertility factors for both you and your wife.

I've been having some trouble with my sex life since getting married, and it's becoming a real issue. I'm not really sure which type of doctor I should reach out to for this. Could you help point me in the right direction?
As a newly married couple experiencing sexual difficulties, consider consulting an Andrologist (male specialist) or a Sexologist, who can address issues like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, or performance anxiety; for females, a Gynecologist or a Sex Therapist can help with concerns like vaginal pain, low libido, or orgasmic difficulties.

I'm a 29-year-old male and I've never been able to pull my foreskin back when erect, though I can stretch it to the level shown in the picture when flaccid. My main concerns are do I need surgery or can this be managed with stretching exercises and creams? Also, is this because of a tight foreskin or a short frenulum breve like in the picture?
Get it operated or start proper medication.. To get rid of this problem permanently without any side effects
